  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

❌ Refunds for Shipping Delays

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but we do not issue refunds for delays within our stated timeframe (10–45 business days).

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following situations:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • Your item is lost in transit and does not arrive within 60 business days
  • You received the wrong item
