JetForge Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your JetForge experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔁 Returns

Due to the nature of our international dropshipping logistics, we do not accept returns for unwanted items or change-of-mind purchases.

We only accept return requests if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify for a return, contact us at

 within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a video of the issue. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


💸 Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Your order does not arrive within 60 business days from the shipping date

  • Your item is damaged or defective and you reported it within 7 days of receiving it

  • You received the wrong item

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval.


❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delayed deliveries within the 10–45 day shipping window

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Minor differences in color or design due to screen variation


📦 Lost or Stuck Packages

If tracking shows that your order is stuck in transit or lost for over 60 business days, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement upon your request.
